- If Aerial Video or Photography only is needed prices start at $249.00 up to 1 hour on site. Typically, this is plenty of time to get all that we’ll need. $100 each addition hour.
- One Add-On above is the Dedicated Webpage. We provide your sellers their very own dedicated webpage showcasing their home. The url code will appear something like this: http://www.redwoodpictures.net/realestate/62governorsway/ You may, however, choose to provide a specific Domain name such as http://www.62governorsway.com for an additional $30 per year. This provides the most direct access to your listing for prospective buyers and buyer’s agents. You only need to let us know which domain name to purchase and we’ll take care of the rest.
- Video Tour Filming time (approximate) 60-180 minutes (times vary based on aerial needs and property size)
- Travel / gas surcharge at .60 / mile on shoots further than 40 miles from Nashville, TN
- IMPORTANT: Editing video is technical, complicated and time consuming. The files are massive and rendering times lengthy. We are more than happy to correct any errors that we make at no charge. Any additional editing, changes, etc. that you would like made after the fact are $100. If there are specific rooms or parts of the home you don’t want filmed, or specific narrative or contact information you submit to us, please be sure everything is correct BEFORE the video is edited.
